Car makers around the world have changed their way to bring out the best vehicles that they have in their kitty. Earlier, most car making companies were focused on the kind of exterior and interior and performance that they would offer in the vehicle but now it is all about the driving experience. Consumers today are very particular about the kind of vehicles that they buy and they would like to get better driving experience. Ford has always remained in the forefront of the competition and now the company is bringing out one of their most popular vehicles the Ford Fiesta. However, what makes a major difference between the earlier models and 2014 Ford Fiesta is the new in-car connectivity technology called MyFord Touch.

To make things better Ford has decided to team up with Microsoft to bring out the MyFord Touch and to enhance it with better features and capabilities that can offer extremely nice driving experience. The company said that the new connectivity technology allows drivers to have better voice recognition experience, simpler Bluetooth phone pairing options and better navigation controls. The device also incorporates a bigger 6.5 inch LCD touch screen which will be available with all 2014 Ford Fiesta.

The new MyFord Touch is launch with the latest SYNC software that makes various options easier for the drivers. Simplified Bluetooth allows driver to quickly hit OK if the pin matches on the device and the smartphone. It also incorporates natural voice recognition like Play Name of the Song or Artists i.e. Play Jazz rather than saying Play Genre Jazz. The system also has improved voice recognition accuracy for better voice recognition options. The audio command structure has been flattened and therefore users can say AM 760 rather than saying Radio AM 760 which is just a longer version. The navigation controls are also simplified to enter destination address.
