Fiat Abarth Cabrio: Another Addition to New Age Two Doors

The Fiat vehicle has been largely ignored on the market in the United States. More recently, the Fiat has come to everyone’s attention and many consumers on the mass market are impressed. The Fiat Abarth Cabrio is a car style that is a part of the Fiat line for 2013 as a mini compact vehicle. The body style of this car is very similar to the style of the mini cooper cars, sold through the BMW line.  These cars are some of the more sought after cars at a time when people are interested in being more economical rather than fashionable.

Mini Compact Body Styles

The miniature compact body style of the Fiat Abarth Cabrio is a car body style that did not come onto the market until this decade. The typical body styles of cars were sports cars and compact sedans, sedan vehicles, and sports utility vehicles. Those who were interested in a miniature car typically remained in the two door category rather than go outside of the standard body styles for vehicles. Now, with the introduction of cars like the Fiat 500 Abarth Cabrio on the market, there are more choices for the economical car user.

Economy versus Fashion

Previously, there used to be a battle against being economical and fashionable as car purchases go. Small cars had small two door body types and rarely strayed from this make. The Fiat Abarth Cabrio is anything but the traditional two door sports car or roadster. This vehicle has the body shape of an SUV, while offering much smaller interior along with a much better gas mileage. Though not as roomy, as Arrigo Fiat claims, the boxy build of this vehicle is easier for those who are interested in a car that will receive more miles on the gallon while still offering the choice of a vehicle that has a large feel from the outside.

Carrying Ability

From the outside, it may seem like the Fiat Abarth Cabrio, along with the Mini Cooper will not be able to carry much. Truthfully, these cars can carry four adult sized individuals with some room to spare. Some have posted photographs of their car holding golf clubs and other large scale products in the back to prove that these vehicles are being manufactured to offer the standard consumer the interior that they need. It goes without saying that the leg space for the Fiat Abarth is much smaller than the interior of other sports utility vehicles. The sacrifice in leg room however, does come with increased power and the traction and springs of the vehicle create an environment of physical safety for car passengers.

The Fiat Abarth Cabrio may be a good vehicle for those who are interested in a compact style car with a little more style and a lot of sport. These cars are sleek on the outside and provide the ability of a much larger car. If you are interested in a car that will be much easier on the wallet while still offering more space than the standardized two door vehicles that are typically popular in the United States, the Fiat Abarth Cabrio is a contender.
