A total of one classic victory, three top ten and three top five competitions across four categories has been bagged by our BMW divers at the Diamond cellar classic competition on Saturday. This Grand AM classic competition was held at the sports car course at Ohio on June 17th and it has really become a remarkable day for the BMW drivers.
Stars of the race:
Bill Auberlan and Paul Dalla delivered the outstanding performance of the day award. Both of them are the drivers of No. 96 Turner Motor sport class BMW M3 and reached second place at the 2.5 hour Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in the morning. They also won the Grand Touring Class in the Rolex sports car series 2.75 hour. This pair has already won at Americas circuit. All these had made Paul Dalla Lana stand out in fourth place according to point.
Top 5 and top 10 from BMW:
The drivers Wayne Nonnanaker and Dane Cameron arrived at eight position in class Daytona Prototype by driving the No 42 Team Sahlen BMW Riley. No. 46 Fall Line Motor sports BMW M3 were driven by Bryan Seller and Mark Boden. They bagged the top 5 results by arriving the finish line in fourth place at CTSCC race. Jeff Mosing and Jesse Combs drove No. 56 RACE EPIC/Murillo BMW 328i at ST class and finished at fourth place. The ST driver points has attained by Terry Borcheller and Mmike LaMarra who made at sixth position driving No.23 Burton Racing BMW 128i. This is mainly to make LaMarra to stay first among the ST driver category.
