From 13 to 15th June, Bentley will celebrate the 2013 Cholmondeley Pageant of Power where they offer an extensive display of a number of cars including great models from the race track to handcrafted, innovative luxury saloon Flying Spur. At the 2013 Cholmondeley Pageant of Power the Bentley’s Flying Spur Saloon makes its first appearance to the public of the UK which is a blend of craftsmanship, innovative features, head turning design and styling, luxury, comfort and superior technology. The car offers a number of high tech features that will allow the driver and passengers to control the car and at the same time allows them to connect with the outside environment/world with the help of the touch screen infotainment system. Other technology features include WiFi, handheld touch screen remote for the rear seat passengers to control different features, rear seat entertainment, comfortable and supportive seats and four doors for easy enter and exit.
The signature features of the new Flying Spur are refined, business connectivity and luxurious comfort. Along the Flying Spur, luxury and innovative saloon, Bentley also displays GT3 Concept racer that is a blend of performance, dramatic styling and design, endurance racing and so the model will be there on the Bentley’s stand. The GT3 concept made its appearance for the first time at Paris Auto Show back in September and now lots of work has been done by the engineering team of the Bentley and so it is expected that the car will make its first on road debut by the end of 2013. Another excited news about the Bentley Cholmondeley Pageant of Power is that, for the first time the guy “Smith” will attend the celebration of ten years of the celebration of the Bentley’s win. Smith is the guy who drove the Speed 8 Victory in June 2003 at Le Mans.
At the 2013 Cholmondeley Pageant of Power, two new Bentley Speed models will also join the event. The Continental GT Speed Coupe will be the defining divert the attention of lots of people as it is the fastest coupe ever produced by the brand. The car employs unique and new Bentley 6 liter twin turbocharged, four-cam, 48 valves, W12 engine that produces 616 bhp and 800 NM of torque. The car can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.0 seconds with a top speed of 205 mph. The GT Bentley Speed Coupe will not be alone there because the Bentley’s new GT speed convertible will join it at Pageant of Power. This is a 4 seater soft top convertible that offers you a luxury and comfort of a high end convertible with a top speed of 202 mph.
The 2013 Cholmondeley Pageant of Power seems to be a more exciting and informative event for the lovers of technology advanced cars. This year the event is sponsored by the Bentley and this year you will enjoy the event for three days with a number of award winning and classic cars display such as Continental GT, 2003 Le Mans winner Speed 8 and 2002 Brazil Grand Prix winner Giancarlo Fisichella.
